Code of conduct

All pupils are to act in a polite and sensible manner whilst they are on the premises at the Whitehill Centre and when they are representing the school at any external events. All pupils are expected to respect their fellow pupils and bullying of any form, verbal, physical and cyber will not be tolerated.

Aggressive or suggestive language or behaviour should never be used, and if used by another pupil, will never be left unchallenged.

Lessons and performances may be filmed and the images used for publicity purposes on Posters, in Social Media and the school website. Any images used are at the principal’s discretion. If you have any concerns regarding this please email Miss Yvonne.

The Teachers will keep up to date with the technical skills and qualifications relevant to their branch of dance.

Pupils should arrive in plenty of time for lessons dressed correctly and with their hair in the appropriate style.

Parents must inform the teachers of any injury, illness or special medical conditions including allergies and behavioural disorders.

Term fees are due at the commencement of each term.

Communication and social media

Any discussion about a pupil please call/email Miss Yvonne NOT individual teachers. ALL email correspondence is to go to the school email address and any relevant information will be then forwarded or discussed with the relevant teacher.
Please do not discuss your child with teachers between classes (unless in an urgent situation) as they work to a set timetable and this may cause delay.
Teachers will not accept social media requests from current parents or pupils of the school. Communication is to take place through the school Facebook page where necessary.

Fees

All fees are to be paid at the start of the term unless otherwise stated or agreed by Miss Yvonne All fees to be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Cash must be placed in a clearly named envelope
6 WEEKS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN IN WRITING FOR LEAVING ANY CLASS OR FULL FEES WILL BE CHARGED.
